If you're unhappy with your Chicklit candles for any reason, just send it

back to us and we'll replace the item. It's that simple. 

Please note that all returns must include the original receipt, and

must be shipped to us within 2 days of delivery. Please also let us

know the reason for the return... was your order damaged in shipping? Is it

somehow faulty? Did we send you the wrong candle? Or do you simply not

like it? 

If your order arrived damaged or we have made a shipping error, we will

gladly refund your return shipping costs and replace your order free of charge.

If you are returning your candle for any other reason, please ensure that the

candle is returned to us in resalable condition and everything that was in the

box remains in the box.
